Proposed Training Plan for Managers and Producers of the Western Agricultural Enterprise
Abstract
The core of this study is the proposal of a training plan for the Western Agricultural Company (EAO) located in the municipality of Guanajay. It involves a diagnostic assessment using empirical research methods to identify collective training needs, ensuring they meet the contemporary training requirements of our country, where ensuring food sovereignty is a priority.
