Anti-Plagiarism Policy

One of the fundamental ethical criteria of the journal is the originality of the scientific articles submitted to its Editorial Team for their respective evaluation process.

In accordance with this principle, authors must guarantee that the ideas expressed, data provided, and all results presented are original, and have not been fabricated, copied, manipulated, or distorted.

For this reason, throughout the evaluation process, the journal's team rigorously ensures that there are no redundant publications and works to detect potential plagiarism, scientific fraud, or any other offenses considered serious breaches of publication ethics.

In this regard, the journal's Editorial Team reserves the right to reject or disqualify any scientific articles in which malpractice is detected, such as data manipulation, text plagiarism, redundant (or duplicate) publication, omission of bibliographic references for consulted sources, as well as the use of content from other authors without proper citation or prior authorization.

To detect plagiarism, the journal utilizes the automated system Urkund (Ouriginal), relying additionally on other academic verification tools such as Small SEO Tools and PlagScan if necessary. If a similarity level higher than 25% is detected, a meticulous review will be conducted to verify the origin and context of the flagged sources.

Plagiarism screening is always performed prior to sending the manuscript to the peer reviewers.

Following this verification process, if the similarity level exceeds 25%, the editors will send the corresponding report to the primary author, notifying them whether the manuscript is definitively rejected or if, depending on the nature and level of the detected matches, they are granted the opportunity to rewrite the work by properly citing the flagged text.
